1. How I should use the Installation Key ?
- There are three easy steps to do this.
a) download the installation package from this site. After installing trial version of PCMedBook Plus - you can run
it for up to 30 days before entering the Installation Key.
b) to request your Installation Key just press the 'Buy' button and you will be directed to our web site to
complete the payment via secure PayPal system.

c) you will receive via email an Installation Key . Restart PCMedBook and enter this Key into the "Install Key
Number" field (just paste and copy it from the email you received).

2.How to set up the menstrual calendar?
-Menstrual calendar operates by processing the information you entered yourself. Because when you begin to use
PCMedBook this information is not yet available, when the new user first time run the application she will be
asked to enter the her estimates of the period and menstruation durations or select an option not to use menstrual
calendar at all. When the PCMedBook collects sufficient amount of information about menstrual cycle it will be
used by the program - for example to estimate the start of the next period.

3. I want to install the PCMedBook on another PC. Can I do this ?
- Yes, you need to buy additional license. Please contact us about the additional license special
price. The Installation Key is specific for the individual PC and can't be transferred from one PC
to another.
4. I made a payment but not received my key, what do I do?
-If it has been more than 48 hours send in a support request using our support form with you email address and
the serial number( located inside the "About PCMedBook" pop-up.) or email directly to

5. I have a pain, but I can't find a suitable description - what can I do ?
-If you a problem e.g back pain, but can't find a suitable description from the list offered, you can create a new
choice - go to a "Factors - Change..." menu, then click "Delete or modify a problem..." radio button,
select category, subcategory and a problem name, then enter a new choice you want to add to the "New Choice"
field and press "Add choice" button. Press "Next" to go to the next page. Press 'Finish' to save your changes.
-If you have a totally new problem -you can also go to the "Factors" menu, select a 'Add New' button, then select
Category and subcategory for you new problem( or factor), enter all necessary parameters and press "Finish" at
the end to create your new health problem or factor.

6. I need to record 2 exercise records in the same time slot. How to add the second exercise
record?
To add the second record just click the time slot you want to record , press right mouse and select from the popup
menu "Create exercise record"

7.I don't want PCMedBook to start automatically when the Windows start up.
Go to 'File' - 'Settings' and uncheck the 'Run at sturtup' check box.
